Which passion did you pursue first, Music or Fashion?
I feel that it’s all art. Both have always been intertwined in my soul since I was a young child.
Who influenced you the most growing up?
My major influence was my mother, she is an artist herself. My mother gave me so much love and always had so much belief in me. It made me know that anything was possible if you put enough work into it. On a happy note growing up, I loved watching romantic comedies. I believe that we live for love and I really enjoy the comedic aspects of these movies because we
really shouldn’t take ourselves too seriously.

You’re an Opera Singer, Composer and a Fashion Designer, how do you balance both careers? What has been the hardest about both careers so far?
It’s all art to me! I love waking up knowing that when I go to sleep at night, I will have more knowledge than I currently have. Because I have such a passion for learning. I look at challenges as a puzzle, I try to approach everything with logic. I believe with the right temperament and work ethic anything can be solved.

How did you get your first break in fashion and music?
I would say the highlight of my musical career was releasing my first album in March 2016. As far as my fashion career: my first high couture collection was shown at Gotham Hall NYC.
